No. PHPhil strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently closed, with any winnings forfeited. If you've lost access to your original account, contact our support team to recover it instead of creating a new one.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID — PhilSys ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License — along with a recent selfie holding the ID. To close your account permanently, contact our support team via live chat or email at support@phphil.com. Before closing, make sure you've withdrawn any remaining balance. If you're closing because of gambling concerns, we strongly recommend using our self-exclusion option instead — it keeps you protected across all licensed platforms.

First, check whether the funds have been deducted from your payment source.
